Serious Sam 3 Harpy
Over 60 different Serious Sam 3 mods are available via the Steam Workshop.
If you've ever wanted to put a monocle and top hat on every living gnaar in Serious Sam 3, then Steam has a mod for you. Over 60 different mods in fact, with more to come, as Steam has opened up its Workshop to fans of the iconic shooter remake.
The full list can be found here. The mods cover a wide range of kit, from cardboard boxes to put over the harpies' heads, to the aforementioned Sir Buttersworth monocle mod. If maps are more your thing you can play in Venice and the North Pole, as well as other locales, should you so choose.
The Workshop is Steam's way of getting user-generated content out to players, and Serious Sam 3 is one of the latest to get the treatment. The Workshop recently celebrated its first birthday. Workshop support comes courtesy of the October 31st Serious Sam 3 update. For more information on how to access or create these mods, look here.

Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter is an HD remake of, you guessed it, Serious Sam: The First Encounter on an improved Serious Sam 2 engine with modern textures. However, there are quite a few textures (mostly indoors) that are just enlarged versions of Serious Sam 1 art with no filters, which kinda cheapens the whole experience.
AK-47
A texture for an AK-47 and a model for its magazine can be found in the game's files. The textures don't look like they fit in a Serious Sam game and there is no coding nor sounds for it. These appear to be from a realistic modern-military game named T.E.O.R. which Croteam was working on for an anonymous publisher (the game was canned before being fully announced) and that they were accidentally added to the game's packages. You can see a screenshot of that game's AK-47 model in this tech demo to a magazine.
Serious Sam 2 leftovers
Several leftovers from Serious Sam 2 can be found in the game's models. All of the Serious Sam 2-exclusive powerup (1up, Serious Score, etc) and treasure models are in the game, along with the game's title and publisher logo textures. Strangely, the 1up model uses the model from Serious Sam HD, not the SS2 one.
The treasure items and 1up models are used in the Coin-Op co-op mode of Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter, where they're used to get extra points and to give the team a free extra life, respectively.
Harpy death animations
Harpies normally gib no matter how they are killed, however the model file shows the original death animations are included in the Harpy's animations.
TSE HD Leftovers
Leftovers from an (at the time) incomplete The Second Encounter HD remake can be found in the game's files. The most prominent of them are the ammo icons for the TSE-exclusive weapons, which are different from the ones seen in the final TSE HD remake. These icons could actually be seen at one time in-game by picking up an ammo backpack in the Dunes level while in Hard or Serious difficulties, but this has been patched out.
The models for the TSE-exclusive weapons can be found in the game, but there is no coding for them, so all you can do is make them replace one of the existing weapon models.

Unused Area in Hatsheput
The unused pit in Hatsheput found in the original game is still in the HD remake. This is because the game's level architecture is a direct port from the original games, and it's likely the team forgot to remove it while they were prettying the levels up.

Default Menu Image
The game has a default menu image for levels that don't have their own. This is never shown in the game because all of the levels have their own unique menu image.
What's interesting about the default menu image is that it features what looks like concept art for one of the Egypt areas in the game, but the text 'Serious Sam 3 pre-production version' is on the upper left-hand corner.
Woman model
An unused model named 'woman' can be found in the game's files. It is the Harpy's middle and lower body, along with her legs. This is used in Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter as the trigger for the 'mooning Harpy' secret in the final level.
